Placing an order

Order via phone, fax, website or email. All orders are welcomed – large or small. There is a $100.00 minimum requirement on orders when using a credit card – Visa / MasterCard. We look forward to hearing from you.

Opening an account / order off of the website

Opening an account is easy.  Supply your “Ship To” and “Bill To” information along with contact person, telephone or fax numbers and email(s) of contact person(s). To charge your order via credit card, and you do not use the website, call in with your credit card information with your first order. We’ll securely save your information and charge future orders to your saved card. All efforts to keep prices on this website current, however prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

All State Sales Tax and other taxes (use/excise/similar taxes) applicable to the sale of goods shall be paid by the Purchaser or, in lieu thereof, the purchaser shall provide us with a Tax Exemption Certificate.

What Forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Purchase Orders with payment within 30 days of order as well as Master Card and Visa.

What if I don’t see my product listed?

Contact us with the make and model of your analyzer and a description of the needed item.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped UPS-ground FOB Lincoln, Nebraska, unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to the invoice. Hazardous Materials charges will be added to the invoice when applicable. When ordering online, shipping costs are estimated and may vary from the final invoice. If your require NEXT DAY shipping – Call 402-304-8780.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

You may refuse the shipment if your package arrives damaged. If the package is intact but the product is damaged, please call ASAP and we will arrange a replacement shipment.

All products we supply are intended for laboratory use only

The Purchaser and/or end user(s) are responsible for the safe handling, storage and disposal of all items ordered. Laboratory personnel need to be properly trained in the handling, storage and disposal of all products. Good laboratory practices are required when handling glassware and chemicals. Crossings’ responsibility is limited to the supply of products; all other liability is expressly excluded.

or a manufacturer’s part number is intended for the convenience of the customer and does not imply that the products are from the manufacturer.  All trademarks are acknowledged.   

Crossings’ products

have been comprehensively tested and are used in a wide array of laboratory settings. Third party equipment services are available.
